www.deloisprinceenterprises.com and its coaching services, including the Rewired Revenue Roadblock Session™ and The Neurodivergent Leadership Blueprint™, are operated by Delois Prince Enterprises LLC (“DPE,” “we,” “us”). Coaching is provided by Delois J. Prince (“Coach Dee”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number.
- Booking details: the session time you choose and any scheduling notes.
- Intake answers: your responses to our pre-session questions about your business, work habits, and environment. One question asks whether you identify as neurodivergent. That question is optional, and you may choose “Prefer not to say.”
- Payment details: payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Session notes: notes Coach Dee takes during your session to prepare your Execution Infrastructure Map™ and follow-up.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- schedule and deliver your coaching session;
- prepare for your session using your intake answers;
- send confirmations, reminders, your session materials, and follow-up;
- process payments and keep business records; and
- tell you about other DPE programs, if you have not opted out.
We use your intake answers and session notes only to coach you. We do not publish them, and we do not share your story or results without your written permission.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our scheduling, email, payment, and video-call platforms, and only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional updates about our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Emails
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. We will still send emails about sessions you have booked.
Keeping your information safe
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including password-protected accounts and limited access. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep information
We keep your information as long as needed to provide coaching and meet business, tax, and legal requirements. You may ask us to delete your intake answers and session notes once your coaching has ended.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@deloisprinceenterprises.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Coaching is not therapy
Coaching is not medical or mental health treatment. Information you share in coaching is kept private as described in this policy, but it is not protected in the same way as records held by a doctor or licensed therapist.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we will also notify you by email.

Delois Prince Enterprises LLC

These terms apply when you buy or book any coaching service from Delois Prince Enterprises LLC (“DPE”), including the Rewired Revenue Roadblock Session™. By paying for or booking a session, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy above.
The service
The Rewired Revenue Roadblock Session™ is a 90-minute, one-on-one virtual coaching session with Coach Dee. It includes a review of your intake answers, your Execution Infrastructure Map™, and three action steps for the week following your session. Coach Dee follows the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.
Coaching is not therapy
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, and results. If you are under the care of a mental health professional, please let Coach Dee know. If you are in crisis, contact a licensed professional or call or text 988.
No guaranteed results
Coaching works best with your full participation. We do not promise any specific business, income, or personal result.
Payment
Payment is due in full when you book. Founding-client pricing applies only to the spots and dates announced. If you enroll in The Neurodivergent Leadership Blueprint™ within 7 days of your session, the amount you paid for your session will be credited toward your enrollment.
Rescheduling and missed sessions
- You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or treated as missed.
- If Coach Dee needs to reschedule, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
Refunds
Because your session time is reserved just for you, payments are generally non-refundable. Requests involving emergencies or unexpected circumstances will be reviewed case by case. Email info@deloisprinceenterprises.com to make a request.
Recording
Sessions are not recorded unless both you and Coach Dee agree in advance.
Our materials
The Execution Infrastructure Map™, Six Revenue Roadblock Zones™, and all session materials belong to DPE. You may use them for your own business, but you may not copy, sell, teach, or share them.
Confidentiality
What you share in coaching is kept confidential as described in our Privacy Policy, except where the law requires disclosure or where there is a risk of serious harm to you or others.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to book a session.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, DPE’s total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.
Disputes
If a disagreement comes up, we both agree to try to resolve it in good faith, including through mediation, for at least 30 days before taking legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you book applies to your purchase.
